3. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund or return if:
- Defective or damaged product: You received a product that is defective or damaged.
- Wrong product: You received a different product than what you ordered.
- Change of mind: You change your mind within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
For change-of-mind returns, products must be returned unopened and in original packaging where possible.
